    Stretching

I need to start stretching often. My hamstring are so tight its silly.

Do I have to warm up when stretching? I want to try stretching in the morning when I wake up and just before I go to bed, but I dont really want to have to go for a 5 minute run to warm up just to stretch for 10 mins.

Is a warmup really that important? Or can I just easy into the stretches

you don`t need to run a marathon but do a few exercises first just to get the musche warmed up. Never stretch a cold muscle, it will damage them in the long term. If you are really concerned with your flexibility I suggest your look into yoga, you can gain a lot of flexibility and you are being surpervised. (yep you will feel like a ******* though lol)

    good luck

Not necessarily, especially with dynamic stretching. Just take it slow.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Get yourself a little loose prior to stretching (jumping jacks, high knees, butt kicks or arm circles) and then stretch out. Also there's tons of yoga vids on YouTube you can follow a few times per week that should limber you right up!
