    Meals to take to work?

i dont have acces to cook, heat or chill food at work, my lunch usually stays in my van all day.

what are good meals that can be put in a Tupperware pot?

at the moment I eat breakfast around 6-6.30 am, stop at 10, again at 1, and then dont eat till i get home and have dinner around 6. i finish at 4-30 so guess i could eat then as well.

anyway, what do you guys eat at work? im getting bored of my lunch, i have been eating the same thing for months now, and im not sure if its enough, or if im getting everything i need!

I keep a stash of peanuts and roasted almonds with me. Regardless of what else I bring for lunch, it's easy to munch on peanuts and almonds, even when I'm not on break. Are you bulking or cutting? What are your macros?

sandwiches are probably gonna be your best bet.
but you dont have to eat the same sandwich every time. switch it up!
use different meats, cheeses, breads/wraps, dressings, toppings, etc.
it looks like you have some snacks that you enjoy already listed so those could go with the sandwich if you like, up to you.

and if you want soup/chili, might wanna get a thermo.
    Iron & Ice Cream.

    Stop Bitchin.

Used to drive a van at work crew checking in. Go to Circle K, 7-11s,gas stations etc on your route. Many have microwaves for heating up their prepackaged foods. Most workers there don't care if you use it if you are cool to them/build up rapport.

    Red face Wraps

You could vary your sandwiches by wrapping them up in Whole Wheat, Spinach, Tomato Tortillas...
