Rear delt work and heavy benching. Being that up then I would say compete in men's physique!

I can't say good progress because there's no before, but, what you acheivet is a good start, I say that respectfully. Your mirrors your best friend brah, flew your upper and outer pec, do some rear felt work and build some Olympus traps and you'll e on to something.

people hating on your chest but it just depends on your goals. Certainly any chick is gonna appreciate the leanness and think you're jacked outta your mind. But if you're trying to get all greasy and hit the stage maybe hit it harder.
