I need help on my keto diet I am very determined and can follow a strict diet I want to see progress so I can literally eat the same meal for 4 weeks as long as I will see improvement my calorie intake in 1600. so if someone can give me just one recipe in detail it will be greatly appreciated

There is a forum that has nothing but keto recipes, you should definitely check that out. I think it will be very hard to find a single meal that meets your exact macros. Also 1600 is pretty low, but I'm not sure what your body is either. Anyway if you're really bent on eating the same thing for every meal....I make these sometimes, you could drop the egg and eat this 3 times a day and it would probably get you close to your macros. I recommend variety however, but it's your choice. Good luck
Ingredients:
80/20 burger patty (mine was pretty big... weighing in at 167 grams :P)
1 t coconut oil
1 egg
1 1/2 cups spinach
1 slice cheddar cheese
Directions:
Tip: Use two frying pans (one for burger, one for egg n spinach) to make this more efficiently...
1. Heat up one pan and place burger patty and cook for a few min (duh..)
2. When the burger is half done, heat up another pan with oil
3. Crack egg into pan and fry (I did mine sunny side up)
4. Turn oven broiler on
4. Once burger is cooked how you want, place the fried egg on top & place slice of cheese on top of egg, then place in the oven to melt cheese
5. Lastly, use the remaining oil from the egg pan to cook the spinach in the pay for about 1 min
6. Serve burger on top of spinach
Macros:
613 calories, 48.2g Fat, 1g Fiber, 1.6g Carbs, 40.3g Protein

Thank you so much I am a newbie on this forum but thank you very much it was very much needed, and about my body I'm 18 years old 6'2 214 I have lost about 15 pounds just by weight training and low calorie intake. I'm not sure if I should up my calories a little bit or if I keep them at 1600 not sure if it makes a difference. My body fat should be no higher than 26 % if it was I'd be shocked if anything it should be lower. Thank you though any other insight is help!

Dude, get your calories up!! Yeah, around 2400 and work from there. At the rate you're going, you're gonna crash your metabolism before too long. What happens when your progress stops while on 1600 calories? You got nowhere, calorie-wise to go. You can't drop 'em, as that will be very low cals to function. You're only hope is up your cardio and then you're screwed when progress eventually stops.
Up your cals to 2400 and slowly work your way down when you see stalls for 2-3 weeks. Cutting cals should be the last thing you do when you see a stall. Increase cardio, then cut cals, as a last resort!He who is saved, is the one who saves himself.
