Hey,
I'm 5'9 and right now I weigh 174 lbs - my body fat is around 20%. Before I stopped working out in December, I was in good shape and bulking (eating up to 3,000 cal.).
I'm well out of shape now, but I can still see some triceps, back muscle, traps, and abs... ALL very, very faint.
Should I work on bulking up in muscle with a high caloric diet again and THEN cut, or lean out with a lower caloric diet... THEN bulk?
