What would you all define as repping out? more than 10 correct?
Is repping out the same thing as saying "for reps"?

IMO, hammering out reps until you're completely wiped
Usually done at the end of a set, AMRAP can be used interchangeably.
No, "for reps" is just that, moving a specific weight more than once as Xauxace said.

There is no concreate number
being more critical I assume 3-5. THe reason is that if it was more than that, people would just say the repout a higher weight. It is an expression used when trying to show off, so it doesn't appeal to say a weight that you can rep out for a lot of reps when you can say the same thing but rep more weight and less reps."Do not subordinate fundamental principles to minor details."
