Lol @ the ignorant response ITT
Pick up a book G's, knowledge is power
Whats more funny, if xyz bodybuilder or whoever the phuck your idol is stated that juicin inscrease aesthetic gainz, most of yall would jump on te band wagon w/o question, and still no research...
On to answering OP's kwueshstun,
Juicer checking in,
Juice cleanse has a **** ton of benefits
but can be costly since "healthy" **** tend to cost more. I quote healthy because of the direction thats being pushed upon produce stuff. That being said, if your going to juice, especially if youre going to cleanse, go the organic route! This is very important simple because you will be ingesting a **** load of pesticides etc for 2-3 days or how ever long your juicing for if you choose to buy the reg ****. This will do more harm than good.
In brief:
1. Your givin your body a break, from processing/digesting of "foods". Youll be suprise by the amount of energy you have when your body is working that much less.

Essentially, yes you did. "Whats more funny, if xyz bodybuilder or whoever the phuck your idol is stated that juicin inscrease aesthetic gainz, most of yall would jump on te band wagon w/o question, and still no research..."

Id say that's a bit subjective. I scrolled. Seen valuable responses, seen ignorant(lack of knowledge) responses, pardon me for not being aware on troll post standards/expectations.
Moving on tho, macros aren't necessarily sacrificed when cleansing, carbs and fats are easily attainable, proteins on the other hand can be a bit difficult to stack but there are many greens out there that can contribute (spinach, chlorella, wheatgrass, etc). If its muscle loss your worried about, you shouldn't, your body wont "eat away at your muscles for energy" because it wont need to having carbs and fats readily available. plus 24-72 just isnt enuff time for that to take place.
Your strength and energy shoots thru the roof during cleansing, and as tempting as it is to train (I actually did a few sets of chestpress out of curiosity), you shouldn't, simply because your body should be at a rested state, letting it do its thing, or an active rest day (light cardio).Health, Wealth, and Knowledge Itself.

Oh hey glad you can make it....
C'mon son, you really think I'm gonna go dig up research......for you? Juicing does not belong to me, nor I don't make any commission from getting you to believe in it. Ive done my readings in the past
Those names are not of celebs but of authors/nutritionist who have written books based on their own research. Not a single **** is given if you don't think juicing hold weight.
Do you not believe that carrots are a good source of Vitamin A and Beta carotene? Or that, rather then eating a whole bag of apples, carrots in one sitting, you can simply extract the juice leaving behind the pits (the fiber). and take in said nutrients.
There's no magic to juicing, its not magic....
Why you mad tho?
Looking at the reps you two and a few others, like that cool kid who negged me. Id say that some where back in time, you two have made some pretty knowledgeable contributions to this forum, yes? and I respect that. But Im going against popular belief here, not much laboratory research done on juicing simply because no one respects it as its not "the way" (case and point). We're in a place and time where everyone quick to jump on pills and meds to suppress everything. Not tryna get all ism on this here thread but sheesh. Open that mind up just a little bitHealth, Wealth, and Knowledge Itself.

I'm not the one who brought up research first -- YOU did. I'm just putting you to task on it, and you are failing to deliver. We here on this board place a high value on scientific evidence behind whatever cute little protocols people want to promote. Since you're a big advocate of juicing, where's the scientific evidence that it's more beneficial compared to eating whole fruits & veg? I'm not trying to be a d!ck, I'm just asking for some substance from you instead of a whole lot of hot air.

Not that this is uber important to you, but I bought the accuflora as suggested earlier and I'm already noticing a big improvement. At first the pills were causing some discomfort but as I take them things are improving pretty quickly. Probably take them for another week or so and revisit them should my issues pop up again.
