    Not trying to bakc up le red-man, but he's doing low-bar back squats. I'm pretty sure his hammies will develop nicely.

    Does he need an additional lift for hammies? Of course. Preferrably deadlifts, but low-bar makes up some hamstring training, at least.

    Regardless of low bar, the movement is still heavily quad dominant (if you are a raw lifter). Serious posterior chain accessory work is needed if you are a powerlifter or a bodybuilder.

    Agreed. I low bar squat 3 x a week, but wouldn't dare neglect the posterior, lest i end up with a serious imbalance, asymmetry, or injury.

    I was only postulating that low bars work the posterior.

    Besides, it's impossible to identify a lifter's entire career habits from one video.

    Definitely that ^ Hamstring/quad imbalances can cause knee problems down the road. Good video never the less
