-Meal 1: 3 whole eggs, oatmeal with skim milk, 2 omega cuts, amplified ripped
-snack: mixed berry smoothie, green tea, dandelion roots
-Meal 2: 8 oz white meat chicken, 2 glasses of v8
-Snack: 2 oz beef jerky
-Pre workout: 1 scoop of vein 1 scoop of pumpfuel insanity 2 omega cuts
-Immediate post workout: pump hd (8g creatine)
-30 minute post workout: 2 1/2 scoops of amplified mass (extreme 60 platinum) with skim milk
-Meal 3: 8 oz steak or white meat chicken 2 glasses of v8
-snack: syntha 6 with skim milk
Ive been on it about month now, I'm currently 5'5 155lbs at about 8% body fat. I'm not concerned about my training methods, just the stack and diet. Any comments are accepted

So much this. Plus what do you think 6% bodyfat looks like? I bet you're thought on what 6% is and what 6% actually is are vastly different. If you're at 8% you should have abs if that's what you're concerned about. at 5'5" 155 at 17 I highly doubt you are actually 8% unless you've been lifting since you were 14.

DUDE. You're 17. For the love of god please just ****ing start bulking. You are young, exploit your genetics for all they are worth. Fat loss is going to be just as hard at any age, but the muscle gains you can see when you're young are not something you'll be able to get back. Exploit that ****. Bulk for the next year or two ffs.

Child, this bf% is disgusting on the average lifter. If you do not have the mass to step on stage, worry about acquiring mass while your hormones are working in your favor. Deal with extremely low bf later if you want.
JMO.
btw - this is about what I eat (minus the silly supps). And I'm female. Cutting.
