I have no idea what common questions are during job interviews so I think I'm f**cked. Has anybody got any clue what the manager might ask?
BTW it's at Red Rooster if that helps.

describe a situation where you worked on your own initiative/in a team/under pressure/had to use good customer service skills
how would you deal with an irate customer? why do you want to work for that company? key strengths/weaknesses, how would your friends/last boss describe you as a person?
those are some pretty common questions

First they'll tell you a bit about what they do as a company/business. The first is usually "Tell me a bit about yourself" which is just personal information like where you're from, your previous education/employment etc, hobbies, skills and maybe some of your interests. They'll probably ask you about any previous work experience and skills you learnt from the job (if you had one) otherwise mention skills from education if they're relevant to the job, and how you have used these skills before. One of my interviews they asked me what I would do in certain situations that I would be put in on a regular basis. You'll probably get asked about strengths/weaknesses so things like working in a team, organized, punctual and polite and confident manner are good. Why you're interested in this particular job and why they should employ you over other candidates is common too.
Ask them at least 2 questions at the end too. Is it an actual job or apprenticeship?*Proud manlet crew*
