This is going to take some discipline since I have always been a big time dairy and meat eater...I used to drink a ton of milk and recently switched to almond milk. I already eat a good amount of nuts and a decent amount of legumes, as well as plenty of fruits and veggies, but am looking for more ideas on protein sources. I still lift heavy 4 days a week and am trying to avoid losing any muscle. My cousins are vegans and eat a lot of tofu and tofu products.

If for ethical reasons then fine - just supplement with B vitamins and possibly calcium, watch protein intake. There might be a few other deficiencies you could develop without supplements - google it.
If you are doing it for health reasons then think again - it IS a deficient diet and you will have to work harder to stay at equivalent health compared to omnivore diet.
