    started a little bit too late, i actually did bulk and added about 10 lbs. since im living literally on the beach this summer, i would prefer to be in shape for june/july and bulk aug-march.

    Sure, he's more than capable on basically any routine, and doesn't even need to do cardio if he doesn't feel like it. Keep your diet in check OP and you'll reach your BF% goal.

    i hate cardio, i only do it because it allows me to eat a little extra while still in deficit.
