I have all my wisdom teeth .... so I must be pretty wise !!! I had four teeth pulled when I had braces which left room for my wisdon teeth. Luckily my teeth are still perfectly straight

Right on, lucky! Not many people have teeth that stay straight now... do you still wear a retainer at night? For my braces I had none pulled I actually had a spacer put in to make my mouth bigger haha. $10,000 later and I have a bottom tooth that's shifted and will be putting braces back on once all my dental work is done as far as pulling wisdoms and getting a root canal for some osteo-crap [bone density growth]. FACK.

Had wisdom teeth taken out and no swelling crew.

Seriously I have very few issues after I have surgery. My body is insane with things like that.

Oh man that sucks! No I don't wear a retainer. I actually only wore my retainer for a little while (not as long as suggested). My bottom teeth have moved just slightly but nothing major at all. I looked into making them "perfect" again but it was too much money for such a small change that i'll stick with what I have lol.

I do both. I did the leg press before squats lol should prob do other way around and do squats first but power rack was packed until later, I like leg press find I feel it in the glutes more some reason.

Right on yeah I figured for what my parents spent I better fix em lol but that will wait until a longer off season! Getting supper pumped just over 7 weeks left and only 4lbs to lose plus the waterweight the final eeek and my diet is staying the same til 2 weeks out so no complaints! Are you still prepping as well!?


Ok guys got my tooth out at 10:30am yesterday skipped the gym to avoid making it bleed/unclot and risking dry socket. Should I be good to go tonight though? Ive been on advil liquid gels steady and had a lil discomfort this morning so popped a couple but all in all I feel fine, great even lol. So should I just do a few light days to avoid raising pressure/unclotting? Hahaha guess I could just call my dentist.... but ya know... vthats just too easy. I prefer bro science.

I'd take a few days off, it's not going to kill you. The pain you'll suffer if you get a dry socket will be ridiculous.

Had 3 dry sockets when I had my wisdom teeth out. It was the absolute worst pain I have ever felt in my life.. srs... and I rolled a soft top mustang 4 times lol


Avoid dry sockets... AT ALL COSTS lol
