3 scrambled eggs
2 clices of toast
Maybe you could just have oats here and drop the toast, seems like it'd be too many carbs. Also, instead of 3 scrambled eggs try 4 egg whites & two yolks.
11:00 meal 2
1 chicken breast
bowl of fruit(mostly apples)
Looks good.
1:00meal 3
lettuce
tomatoes
tuna sandwich
apple
Looks good.
3:40pre workout 20 mins:
shake
Good. What are you adding to your shakes? Maybe think of having oats in your shake pre-workout.
5:00meal 4 post work out
2 scrambled eggs
Shake
Try egg whites only here & a shake. Also, if you want you could have some sort of carbohydrate.
7:00Meal 5
Dinner- usually a lot of protein
Good.
10:00meal 6 before bed
milk
Good. You can also try something like cottage cheese here.
Overall: Seems like a good balance of nutrition however where are the healthy fats? Try to incorporate something like some nuts, or some peanut butter, or flaxseed/fish oil. Instead of eating whole eggs, try eating just the egg whites while maybe having two actual yolks a day.
