So I am intrigued at when you guys weigh yourselves as at different times of the day you will weigh more or less. For example if you wake up first thing in the morning you always weigh in less than you will later in the day. I weigh around 174 pounds in the morning and around 178 pounds in the evening after my meals etc.
So do you take your weight early in the morning when you are weighing in a bit lighter? Or in the evening when you should be weighing in heavier?
My problem with weighing yourself at the end of the day is that it could be unreliable as you may eat different amounts on different days so when you weigh yourself in the evening your weight could be determined by how much you have ate in the day.
So i tend to compare my weight to what I weigh each morning when I wake up.
* tried to find a stickie or something for this category but failed to find one. And as I'm aiming this question to teens I thought this would be a sensible place to put it. Please provide me with sensible answers

I always weigh myself every Sunday morning on an empty stomach as soon as I have gotten up and taken a ****/wee, because weighing yourself before you've had a **** you'll find that you'll weight a bit more.
So do it after you've taken a dump in the morning on an empty stomach it will be more reliable then| Word Hard | Stay Humble | Veni | Vidi | Vici

Every morning as soon as I wake up, and anytime during the day I go to the bathroom.
I like to see the fluctuation before/after eating.
the only time I actually record my weight is on the 30th of each month, in the morning, after having taken a dump/piss for maximum actual accuracy*always pick 7 crew*
