Try to eat a varied diet. There are tons of vegetarian protein sources. Tofu, veggie patties, whey and soy protein, cottage cheese, greek yogurt....the list goes on and on. There are lots of web sites that can give you more ideas. Of course it's important to get lots of fruits and vegetables as well. Good luck!

Vegan Bodybuilding is an oxymoron.
There is no spoon.

Ummm no.
OP, incorporate vegetable smoothies. I'm vegan and usually my diet goes like this:
Before noon I have a vegetable smoothie, usually about 2 pounds of kale, spinach or whatever else I pick up at the beginning of the week. An avocado, banana and half an apple. It's a 64 oz smoothie that I sip for about an hour. Very filling and it'll keep you full for half the day.
Post workout around 7PM I have beans and rice or beans and lentils. I variate the beans, so it depends day to day. I have some sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds too and a tablespoon of black seed oil.
My macros at the moment: 80 - 100 grams of protein, 400 grams of carbs, 40 - 50 grams of fat
It can be done, if you need more protein, a 14 oz bag of lentils has 110 grams of protein alone.

That you are 225 and have the recommended protein and fat intake for a 100lb person.
In all reality, I know it is possible and that a *few* people can get away with low protein intake, but for the general population it is very difficult if you go by established standards. There is no spoon.
