Training Plan for 12 weeks prior to meet

    Hi all,

As mentioned above i am 12 weeks out from my first meet. My plan is to improve as much as possible and peak for the meet. I am currently finishing up Smolov base mesocycle. Current Max for 3 lifts are D/S/B - 440/330/220 @ 162.8 . I know its weak as farkkkk! My plan is to hit 470/370/250 staying @ this weight while getting stronger. I have ever tried sheiko, Juggernaut, smolov, 5/3/1.Any recommendation of training program i can use?? I am actually quite lost on what i am suppose to do. Anyone can contribute to this thread would greatly appreciated!

    THANKSSSSSSSSS

You had a look at this OP?

How many weeks out will you finish Smovlov?

Probably look at running a peaking cycle like Smov Jr for bench... the Sheiko Comp prep ones are 5 weeks.... have a look and see what you think will suit your time scale.
