I'm in the gym now for a light bench session, trying out Neurosurge from Neogenix. You training today?

I think Neurosurge is a bit weak too, but a little bit strong than WF Reborn. lol

I already dropped weight lol,, from 220lbs to about 205lbs.

So im gonna just come in tighter. They said i needed to work on my shoulders because my trap overlooked my shoulders, which i didnt flare out enough, so im gonna work on my shoulders. I dont think i wanna do bodybuilding man - i dunno - we'll see though.

There are a couple of physique competitors at my gym. In comparison with them, you'd have to drop some mass overall and get a little wider in the shoulders (because of your height) as you said.

Great showing for first show and you were on a pretty big show not a local show at some HS auditorium.

Hit 530 x 1 on DL for a 5 lb PR. Then I went on to hit 555x1 for an all time PR. I wish I could've held it at lockout longer but my callous ripped and I had to drop the weight. 585 by the end of the year seems reasonable . FUUUUUARK
