- melatonin
- gaba
- 5htp
- zma

the most effective combination is melatonin + gaba, disregard everything else. Zma once a week, or maybe only days I fap.

AWESOME Sleep yet again!!!!!!!!!! No stims at all today (except for one drink of my wife's diet coke). I spent all day cutting up a tree that fell and splitting some into firewood. Still feeling energized......I'm ready for another tree to fall!
