I've definitely been keeping up with my NY resolution. I've been determined to hit the gym at least 6 days per week and work to drop my bodyfat levels down for the upcoming summer months. I'm happy to say that I've missed only a handful of days so far this year and my progressing is definitely coming along.

My New Year's Resolution this year was to try to find more balance in my life. I was/am very gym focused each day, so I'm continuing to work on branching out a bit more and undertaking more/different hobbies to throw some variety into the mix. So far, so good. And I think my family/friends are noticing the change too.

So far, me New Years resolutions have gone awesome. Stuck to them all 100%!!!
Weight has gone from 225-200 so far, with all muscle/strength retained! Got 10-15 more pounds to lose! Wanting to get realllll cut! Also really bringing up the grades. I find out next month if I get into the physical therapy assistant program I've been wanting in! Feeling great about it!! trying to really focus on the things that matter in life, too. Family. I really am trying to spend as much time with family as possible. Friends are important, but there is no one that loves you as much as family. Continuing to better my relationship with Jesus Christ!! Right now everything is looking up! And I WILL make it through this year sticking to all my resolutions!!!Jesus Christ is my savior.

I was just beginning to recovery from my injury/illness around NY time so my resolution was to get my diet in check and get my strength/physique back without getting injured. I've stayed within +/- 100 calories of my goal and also kept my number of cheat meals down to two a month for the past 3 months and I'm very happy with that.
As far as injuries, I've been injury free! I have really focused on perfecting my form on all lifts, stretching, and doing a good amount of warmups.
I'm very pleased with my progress so far in 2013

On track with many of my goals. I'm currently training for a marathon. Only thing that has gotten in my way thus far is a knee injury. I'm getting an MRI done tomorrow and hoping it's nothing serious. The injury has set me back a little over a week, but I'm hoping to get right back into it once the doc gives me the go ahead.

My new year's resolution was to push harder both in and out of the gym. I started lifting in July 2011, but I didn't really get serious until about May 2012. I didn't have too much muscle, so my lifting goal was go gain weight and pack on the muscle.
I am a competitive swimmer always looking for an edge. So I started lifting seriously in May 2012. I thought I gave it my best effort. In December, I looked back and saw that I could have done more weight. I could have pushed a little further. I could have given %110. But I didn't.
This year I resolved that I would give lifting and swimming everything that I have. Every day I walk into the gym with a sick grin because I know what pain I am about to endure. But it is that pain that makes champions. I give everything I have now. I push past what I had thought to be limits and turn them into achievements.
I sieze every workout and I haven't looked back. The change of thought has catapulted me out what is thought was 'normal' and into a life where I see every workout, every moment, as an opportunity.
I resolved to give my all. And I stand here, sore, drained, and shins scraped from deadlifting, but more alive than ever.
I hold nothing back. And nothing can hold me back.

I set my 2013 goals so that when I reach 180lbs, I'd cut all that fat gained true bad diet on bulk. I've never really been on a cutting diet in my life, and didn't know how I would react to the hunger, but I am still making it so far. When from 180lbs to 159lbs atm, startin' to see the abs appear finally. On my PR list: 405lbs DL (355lbs atm) 315lbs ATG squat (done 315lbs parallel in January, haven't checked what my ATG 1rm is yet). Hoping to be in good shape for Summer and catch 'em women 'mirin while sweating as hell landscaping.

NYR Goals are going good. Still have not had a dip the whole year. Having to deal with baseball season is tough, but nothing I cannot overcome. Also, on track to hopefully hit my goal of 2 plates on bench 3 plates on squat and 4 plates on DL for a set of 5. Probably hit those way ahead of schedule.
No one cared who I was before I put on the calves.

My NY resolution for this year was to get back to the gym, after almost two years out due to a work-related back injury. I have been back to the gym for about a month now, feeling great! Filling back out fast, (thank you muscle memory) about 13 lbs gained so far, strength increasing exponentially! Now back to my goal of competing in my first bodybuilding competition in about a year...Also currently finishing up my ACE personal trainer course!

mmmm.... creatine
I've not been to NY yet, but that is a resolution for this year or next.
Honestly, I've fallen a little behind. I did the BB.com goal calculator at the beginning of the year. (Athletic body type goal - for now. Long term goal: build, build, and do it clean). It came back as 186.7 pounds and 12% (?) bodyfat by April 23rd as an aggressive goal, June 1st as a standard time frame. I was shooting for April 23. So far, I've lost 5lbs and have 10.7 to go; but ZERO bodyfat. If anything I've gotten weaker and fatter with my hectic schedule and my limited home equipment (haven't used the gym membership since November). Therefore, I am behind.
I've cleaned up most of my diet, but have bouts of junk food eating when convenience and cravings take over.
I've recently gotten my home gym set up (basic 300lb Olympic set, bench, pullup/dip station, and heavy bag.) and am recommitting myself as of today to take more care with what goes in, even encouraging my family to do the same. I'm going to hit the June 1st goal! It's going to be alot of busting arse to do it.
Thanks for the promo, Marshall. Seeing this has motivated me to get back on track instead of telling myself I should. Now it's "I WILL"Cellucor Black Ops
