The only way to lose weight is to puke OP. Don't eat protein it makes you fat. Don't eat carbs, they make you fat. Fat makes you fat. I ate too many meals today, I'm gonna get fat! I had too many calories in one meal, I'm gonna get fat. I have to weigh 100lbs not to be fat

Bench: DB Press, 3 x 7 x 65 (each arm)
Squat: 4 x 8 x 135
Dead: 2 x 4 x 245
Goal stats:
Bench: 315
Squat: 405
Dead: 585

1 meal a day or 6...weight loss or gain is determined by total calories in vs calories out.

good topic i was wondering this my self...Lets say i hit my macros but still getting hunger pains...after all that hard work last thing i want to do is let my body starve. Although I think I'm being paranoid I would rather eat more than less.
That being said once meals are gone its gone right.....Only thing that could come into play is calories burned. 1 day may be more active than others..
