Been contemplating making my own pre-workout supplement for a while now and I am trying to stay on or under $1.00 a serving. I'm looking for a strictly ENERGY based combination at the moment, NOT a PUMP concoction. Right now I have:
Citrulline Malate (6g)
Agmatine (750mg)
Beta-Alanine (3g)
Yohimbine (2.5mg)
Caffeine (300mg)
L-Tyrosine (3g)
Can anyone tell me if something here is not needed, or if something here can be substituted out for something else. Right now the bulk powders would last about 80 workouts and cost $81. Thanks!
