Hey guys so since i begain lifting since around the time i joined the forums i have always seemed to have a unaesthetic chest. Honestly, it makes me feel like my entire physique is ruined and im still pretty insecure about taking my shirt off.
My question is, what do you guys think, and more importantly, what kind of pros/advanced lifters/physique models etc have similar insertions? Incline bench is currently my main working exercise for chest.
