    4 week transformation?

    Is it possible, with proper nutrition and exercise, to see a difference in 4 weeks? Whether it be from muscle gain or fat loss.
    Body fat is sitting on roughly 20%.

    In 4 weeks you can probably lose 8 pounds of fat OR gain 2 pounds of muscle provided your diet is on point and you lift. Will you notice a difference in the mirror, yeah, a small one. I think it takes at least 3 months to really notice a big difference.

    They say at 4 weeks you will start to see changes, at 6 weeks people you see daily will start to notice, 8 weeks people you see from time to time will notice...

    Note the words "start to notice", meaning subtly.

    After 4 weeks, you will likely see slight and subtle changes. It won't be anything monumental and you shouldn't expect a major transformation in so short a time. But you can certainly see changes that signal that you are moving in the right direction and doing things correctly.
