Is it possible, with proper nutrition and exercise, to see a difference in 4 weeks? Whether it be from muscle gain or fat loss.
Body fat is sitting on roughly 20%.

In 4 weeks you can probably lose 8 pounds of fat OR gain 2 pounds of muscle provided your diet is on point and you lift. Will you notice a difference in the mirror, yeah, a small one. I think it takes at least 3 months to really notice a big difference.-Former 300lb club
