    Body fat estimate ? And questions ?

    Hey all,

    So I lurk on here quite a bit, but rarely post. I admire so many of you and truly appreciate all of the information I get here! So I was wanting some unbiased opinions. I have been bulking since November. I am currently trying to cut. My long term goal is to compete in a couple of years. I am still unsure of what division. I was hoping you all could give me a current bf% estimate. I've attached a couple of pics . I am cutting because I want to not feel like such a fluff ball for summer and thinking of bulking during the fall and winter months. Good idea or bad? I know I am novice and don't have the base that most of you ladies have but I'm working on it ! Happy lifting )

    I'm not good at bf% estimations but I will say that whatever you're doing, you're obviously doing it right. You look great. Jelly of those legs! You definitely don't look like a fluff ball so I can't imagine you'd need to cut much.

    Thanks all! I hav two little rugrats! I totally felt horrible about my physical appearance after them! I was so impressed with the muscular and fit women that i set goals to one day be one of them

    I thought I posted this earlier but did not. Although it pains me to look at these pics here they are. The pink bikini on the right is march 2012 and the left is a couple months after. I was 156-7

    Gosh, it shouldn't pain you - look how far you've come! Be proud! There is a medical assistant at the Kaiser Permanente clinic that I go to. Her security badge has a picture of her at her peak weight of like 250+ lbs. She now weighs 130. I love that she keeps that pic, so people ask her all the time how she did it. It is easy to look good/lean if you start out lean and maintain it - it is MUCH harder to have to go from overweight and out of shape to lean and fit. It is so hard, most people fail!
