This is true, which is why it's not always a help. If a competitor has a naturally small waist, they could flex their abs and show extra sharpness/development. Cedric has a naturally small waist. I like that he hits a vacuum, but he should, imo, start it as a vacuum and hold it a second or two before flexing his abs.

Yeah looks a little small for some reason.

Everything on Ced looks perfect except for 1 thing..IMO.. Long legs and high inserting gastrocs never look super great.

Dexter was definitely the only one to win that show though. If he hadn't, that would have been a robbery.

His waist is actually wider than most competitors. But he doesn't have the hgh gut.

His waist doesn't look that wide. At any rate, he's got a huge V-taper, which is what matters.

Every time i see ceds BDB i always wonder where his lats have gone, they look as if they have very little thickness and sweep in that pose but in other shots they look full and thick. I really hope he develops his back to the level of Heath, Yates, Ronnie, Haney and Kai during his career

Ive noticed this with a few athletes. Their FLS is amazing then RDB... Where your lats go man?

I think you could really notice it with Joel Stubbs.
Possibly the most monsterous back ever then he hit the RDB and it seemed to dissapear.

Same was with Levrone..Not as wide as Joel but still pretty wide..RLS great BDB not so much

He looks like chit. His physique is an abomination, all that is wrong with bodybuilding today.

Physiques like Cedric's are the ones that should be getting rewarded. Not these massive gutmonsters.
