Consider yourself mire'd. Superb progress, post #13 is specifically incredible and that's a whole month ago. The things we can do when we put our minds to it, congrats man.

Thanks. You too maybe? haha
I don't really have a plan. Just try to eat 1500-1750 cals a day, (1.5-2 lb loss per week rate) and lift at least 3 times a week, 45-60 mins each time. I try to ride my bike to the gym whenever the weather allows. I've also started running again, 2-3 times a week. Last week I slacked though, had alot of stuff to do and couldn't run. Still got my gym time in though.
I'm doing IF so I eat noon-8pm. So no breakfast, and lunch I usually have a microwave meal. low in cals, but lots of sodium. So I drink 2-3 liters of water a day. Then a healthy dinner, usually chicken and rice, all portioned out.LEO

Nice work. I still have my old fat pants tucked away in the back of the closest, pull 'em out every now and then to remind myself just how big I was.
38 was the last transient size for me, once I got to 36's the pants size shrinking stopped.Go Pack Go!!!

I have my pants on the wall. Every morning when I wake up, and don't want to go work out... I see it on the wall next to my bed and remind myself that I just gotta go.
