That was a cheap trick but it's for real! I'm doing another giveaway but this will be a contest of sorts. Here is what's up for grabs.

This is often done in the supplement forums but let's prove that the Misc does lift! I'm not affiliated or sponsored by DS. Also, any bullchit or trolling will not end well; I have a couple of mods keeping a close eye as I know some of us can't behave ourselves.
The Contest:
I'm going to make this very simple. Bench 185, squat 275 or deadlift 315 for as many reps as possible. I'm not getting into natty or not natty crap and weight and height do not matter; this about being showing you're a BEAST. This is based on the most impressive. Now, if someone that is 275 benches 185 15 times and another dudes at 175 does it 15 times then there is a clear difference.
Example: I did this earlier this morning because a miscer called BS on being able to rep out 225x20 on bench.
The Proof:
It has to be on video and you have to say your username. We will allow a sign or something to be hanging or something but it has to be in the video. Note: I'm not a form-Nazi but the reps have to be clean. If you're squatting and you're worried about if you went deep enough...go deeper . Be smart and don't hurt yourself!
How to win:
This is going to be subjective! Me and two unnamed people on the forums (Yes, they lift) will be looking on and keeping track of you crazy bastards and your awesome work. I included two people that are NOT on the misc to give their unbiased judgment. This way if you have been a chithead to someone, it won't hurt you here.
This will last a few weeks because I want to give you time to get the videos, etc. Now get your ass to the gym, you *******s...prove some people wrong and show us how it's done!

1.5 times body for squats and deads?

About to down a couple scoops of Craze right now. It's a great pre-workout people! I encourage you to get in on this! Not just for the free pre-workout, but as bobby said, for the fun of it. We tend to forget that this is in fact a bodybuilding forum and we're all here because we love lifting weights, not to simply put people down.
