Bicep tendons hurt so I did pause skwats. Fun workout
Pause squats: 140kgx3 180kgx3 190kgx3 200kgx3 210kgx1 220kgx1 (20kg PR) 5plate pause squat neat
Beltless: 140kgx3 160kg 3 sets of 3
Rest pause sets of leg curl/extension/calf raise/cable crunches each for 20 reps
