    what exercise should i drop

    I want to add deadlifts to my back workout because i am medically clear to do it now and idk what exercise to drop this is what i do ik it is alot but it works for me
    Pullups
    T bar rows
    Lat pull down
    Hammer strength lat machine
    And seat cable rows
    What should i drop i am think either the seated cable row or one of the lat exercises what do you guys think?

    You usually want to pull from the front, pull from the ground, and pull from above. So you could get rid of a couple of them.

    You're okay i wouldn't call this a lot. Every angle covered. If you want to drop one then yes either the lat machine or seated cable rows. Pick one depending if you're looking for thickness or width.
