    not knowing if i worked out

    i do my first set that is about 10 reps
    i struggle on the last one but manage

    wait like 1 minute and do a second set that is only 5 reps and struggle hard on the last one

    it takes me like 3 minutes and i don't know if this is a "workout"

    You only do two sets? That's not enough.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
