i do more cardio than he recommends, not to loose weight but because i love it, i'm cycling and we have great weather atm
my ride to the gym and back was 40 minutes high intensity(many uphill parts)..tomorrow is rest day and i will probably do a bit more
when weather is good 24/7 i will ride for sure 4-5 times a week
but in the end my deficit is not too big, i try to eat for as much as i burn...im above 2.4-2.5k cals atm

Not dumb at all, are you trying to peak for a specific day/event, or just in general? Lowered carbs does help, but the bigger factor for me is using dandelion root (natural diuretic), I also sometimes use MHP XPEL along with the dandelion root (again, another natural diuretic). Say my show is on Saturday... Wednesday I would take a a serving of dandelion root in the afternoon, and then again at night (keep water/sodium the same). Then Thursday I take 3 servings of it, and I slightly lower water from 1.25gallons down to .8 gallons. Friday I cut my sodium intake in 1/2 - 1/3rd, and I cut my water down to .5 gallons and I take another 3 servings of dandelion root as well. I cut water out by 6pm. Then come show day just sip on water, and i take another serving of dandelion root that morning. By this point you should look dry as phuck.
(Note: didn't include my carb depletion and carb load with it).... Also, this is entirely what seems to work best for me after quite a few trial and error runs. It can be quite person specific, so you should see what works best for your own body.

Thanks I have a big concert (EDC specifically memorial day weekend) I want to be shredded as phuark for so I will try to incorporate some of your suggestions a few days prior to it. Been cutting since February and am quite pleased with my progress thus far just trying to get my lower abs more defined and that V. Looking shredded btw OP, keep it up playa! Thx

yeah i think i might have over done it on the cardio my last cut before the cruise. i was doing A L O T of it and i started to stall. glad it's going well now but i think ill over around 2100-2300 just to test out the waters and keep the cardio around the same. and i was actually gonna just do what you said too and just ride out 2100 until i just stall out completely on it

Did you buy the refined? The extra virgin unrefined tastes and smells like coconut but the refined does not.

Haha yeah, but I only lift 3x/week, so OHP doesn't get it's own day.
Pretty much everyone ITT wished they looked that flat lol.
I've always done 3 days/week. Up until recently, I had been doing Texas Method, which has volume squats on Monday and intensity squats and deadlifts on Friday. I just recently changed up my programming, so now I do Juggernaut Method for squats on Monday and I do deadlifts on Friday. Yea I actually dont start running the XPEL/dandelion root until like 3-5 days prior, and i just tend to do a few servings on the days leading up, but 10 days leading up might work well for you, too. Might be hard to add too much lean mass in one month, but not impossible. Either that or continue cutting so you're extra shredded for it. I don't know what you look like physique wise right now, sort of depends on your goals. Jelly though, I was supposed to go to Ultra in Miami in March but my bros i went on spring break with were to broke. -_-

How many calories / week are you all going to add after your cut? Is 150-200 the average, so essentially it takes 5-6 weeks to go from cut to lean bulk?
