Yeah, that sounds more reasonable. I was guessing somewhere between 5-6k calories.
Just worried if I got enough protein for the day or not lol
That's exactly what I do as there's really no way to know for sure how much is on the food. Better safe than sorry

12 hour overtime shift of peace...tilapia/ broccoli/ranch sauce/rye bread post-work meal of peace...too tired to hit the gym today of peace...will hit the gym of peace tomorrow though...and also a nice lil paycheck of peace at the end of the week

Well brah, I don't know what to say but this. I went and had like 3 oreos and 2 cups of ice cream 2 nights ago, and let me tell you, I paid the price of doing a 90 min cardio session that made me learn my lessons. So if you're gonna eat that **** up, then prepare to pay the price.

Diet has been on point lately, kind of a mindphuck though since i'm flat as hell but holding water/bloated. Refeed tomorrow, can't wait. Long overdue, Should look dirty once i cut water and carb up. Contemplating doing a show April 27th (a week before my planned one of May 5th). It's a natl qualifer but slightly smaller than the May 5th one, could be a good starter one for the season

damn brahs its only my second day eating at maintenance and i honestly miss cutting already (srs). it feels soooooo good getting leaner consistently when i'm cutting but now i'm just stopping progress for a week so my stupid as.s elbow can heal.
next saturday when i start cutting again i'm thinking about lowering my cutting calories to 2600 or 2700 which would be about a 1000 cal deficit. not sure yet, i started cutting at 3k and lowered to 2800 about 2 or 3 weeks ago, making good progress but i've been getting impatient with the cut.
the one positive about eating at maintenance though is my glycogen levels are topped out. not feeling flat and looking like i lift again is awesome

I'm not going to cheat much on my bulk since I'm looking for dem lean gainz, but I do plan on doing a food challenge this summer. I'd really like to find one for either an oversized steak with sides or oversized burger with onion rings or fries on the side. Soon.jpg.

lol bro i'm a strong endomorph. i feel like my metabolism is pretty slow for my size, considering how active i am.
i'm positive i've slowed my metabolism a lot from the way i've been dieting since last november. i ate "clean" for about 2 months from nov. to jan. (didn't count cals/macros, just ate 100% bro foods) and lost 10 lbs, then i just binged for like 3 weeks and put almost all the fat back on, and i've been cutting again ever since. been about 9 weeks now since i started this cut, counting macros.
before all this started in november i was easily eating 4000+ cals/day (just my estimation, i didn't count before) without even gaining weight. i can't wait to reverse diet back to that.
