One day of a program and wow... or is this some kinda like routine that you're doing
btw brahs i just finished my deload and my friend and I have been making all kinda gainz doing PHAT, thinking of switching it up. i wanted to swap out some movements at the very least since 125 db was going up for 7-8 reps instead of the 3-5 we're supposed to do on our "power" day... so we decided to try out decline db but the first day doing em was hitting 100 for 10 T_T dafuq i dont wanna do barbell bench because i always injure my shoulder joints doing em *had a past shoulder injury* gooby wut do? was thinking maybe do a plate loaded machine for 3-5 reps but it just seems lulzy to me to do a power movement on a machine...

thanks brah was gonna say the same... da phuck at that delt + arm seperation... my pic was from about the time i was in the last thread and then stopped taking cutting srsly and then hit halloween -> my bday which is a little after new years and i just went HAM on food. really bad idea. lol but oh well thats the game sometimes all depends on how bad you want it and at least this time around i am starting my cut 30 lbs lighter than last year lolol. but thanks bro and LOOOOOOOL AT 6'4 master race of peace

Hoesntly if it was me, I would pick an "easy" weight for barbell bench (Or whatever bench feels best on shoulder) and start doing a lot of shoulder mobility and rotator cuff warmups. Then do the BB Bench movement for 3 sets 3-5.
Since it will be easy move up 5-10 pounds slowly over the next months.
You might as well try to fix your shoulder issues now so you can lift real weights again some day.MISC Strength Crew

thanks for input jhalf brah my gf actually works at a chiropractor but i haven't gone in to see them yet, i am defnitely thinking about it though since my shoulder got destroyed back in highschool by some 300 lb ******* that ran into my shoulder. need to be hitting dem 315+ for reps like you brah, btw does the gym still smell like fish? i switched over to xsport but i am thinking about switching back after a year becaues xsports are filled to the max and the olympic weights over at the chantilly one was something i really liked. but closing at 8 on the weekends is srsly phucked.

thx brah's. still a way to go yet. soon will be mine turn for aesthetics & picture in OP. physiques of flatness. my avi i felt juicy as. feelsbadman. might change it with something soon. got back and shoulders hyper today and dat der refeed. i think im 12-13% bf.
i have no idea really. i always thought i had a 4 pack too. never seen the others. could even be 8.
bonkies will surely deliver. lol
just had a JA cake. it works any way you make it. i only used half a scoop of chocolate whey and chocolate pancake mix and cocoa. tried nuking it abit less. came out even moisterer. used cottees diet chocolate topping.
