last week i had an epic refeed. Huge bowl of proatmeal with cereal and milk lol, huge ammount of pasta and chicken, more oatmeal, JA cakes, etc. Next morning i was 1.5 pounds lighter than the week before and i was way stronger in the gym.
The key IMO is dont go crazy, dont have a cheat day and call it refeed. Just have as much carbs as you can while keeping your fat low and protein medium, while keeping cals around maintaince or slighly above.

Never posted in this thread.
Cut from 160 to 153 in about 1.5 months on ~1700 cals a day. (Haven't lost any strength)
Kind of stalled this week considering I've been indulging, about ~155 with water weight.
Is it time to lower cals again? or just stay consistent until I really stall (when not indulging).
