I live on the far west-side.

Brb takes me an hr and a half every day to get from west side to Coral Gables in awful traffic.

Also, people are really rude in Kendall. When I go grocery shopping I'm literally the only on who speaks English in the store, it's ridiculous.

I only live out here b/c I was able to buy a nice place that's big for cheap as a foreclosure from a bank so that way I can earn equity on the home while I live here and sell for profit when I graduate. I didn't want to get caught paying $1,750/months for a 1 bedroom apartment in Brickell or Coral Gables or the Grove.

Lots of crime in Kendall and car accidents constantly by Cuban immigrants who rarely have insurance. I've already been hit twice since moving here a little over a year ago. No one uses turn signals and no one has any clue how to drive.

There is 0 customer service in Miami. Waiters constantly try to rip you off if you're not a local.

If you visit make sure you get an itemized copy of the receipt otherwise there is likely already a 20% tip added to the bill and extra items you probably didn't order.

Also, had to buy a brita filter since moving here. I miss my Mountain fresh Colorado water.
