For reps of 5+ with good form I personally cannot do those numbers for sets however I do not have a giant ass ego and claim that i am strong
Plates = 20kg = 45lbs plates
If you think your strong and can't do those numbers pls fuk off weak pussy

Doesn't matter once u hit those numbers u made it, no1 can doubt your strength when you bench 3 plates for 5 reps or deadlift 5 plates for reps
NO PLEASE TAKE THAT BACK, those numbers are definitely achievable natty. See you are 190lbs train and train till you reach ur goal weight I'm pretty sure a jacked 210lbs guy can lift those numbers. You will make it as long as you train hard.
