    post workout i end up hitting the rest of my protein intake, usually through chicken or steak

    Sometimes a protein shake 30 mins post workout if I'm not in the mood to cook, but usually just chicken fish and brown rice about an hour after workout, 50-60g protein.

    I get about 50 - 60 from a high calorie shake afterwards then ill have some tuna sandwiches soon after when I feel I can down them, I don't stick to any specific timing after workout btw!

    You do know the bioavailability of protein in eggs is enhanced by around 30% when cooked?
