Aight so idk if this is even the right place to post this but watever. long story short 2 yrs ago I weighed 314 lbs, I'm down to 186 now with lots of cardio and eatin between 1.6-1.8k calories a day (and it comes of fast when ur 6'4" with good genes)
I've decided to start lifting tho and cut out cardio completely to try and put on some weight. I eat very clean. Believe it or not it's a damn scary thing for ppl who have lost so much as u wake up every morning n say "I ain't goin backwards today"
I guess my questions are:
1. Should I eat around 3.1k cals or closer to 3.7-3.8k?
2. How should I know if I should adjust my intake based on gaining too fast or slow, what's the ideal gain while not gaining too much fat
3. Any other tips would be cool. Thinking this year I'll try n get to 210-215ish then cut after, is that a good goal? Keep in mind I'm 22 and 6'4"
