    Height is 5'11 and weight is sitting at ~174. Eager to bulk but I know I'm far from it (have been cutting since 223 lbs). Thanks.

    PS: I'm pretty sure my hips are rather large so keep that in mind.

    Definitely lol, pic is was taken around 12-1 AM. I would bulk but what annoys me the most is fat around my chest. Once that's gone down I will probably bulk.
