First of all, i will never buy this particular taste again, its the most wretched taste you can imagine, the aftertaste reminds me of of dusty computer hardware. And on top of that, i decided to be lazy and add a half a cup of raw oats into it because i didnt feel like cooking it. This resulted in my stomach almost refusing it. Ever since i ate this filth, i´ve been burping the most foul smell known to man and my stomach is all blown out and ****. Just never do this guys, learn from my mistakes, i´m on the verge of throwing it all up.

at 5"10, 160lb why are you taking your protons in water? protein tastes terrible in water, normally. Also, have you tried oat flour? Its 1000x better than ground oats or whole, and it doesn't spike your insulin or anything any higher taking it in whole form or flour form. Currently drinking 1 scoop protein, 61g oats, 5oz egg white, 5oz 2% milk combo. Tastes decent, not bad at all. The floured oats are whey easier to stomach as well, as they aren't chunk city and really don't effect the protein nearly as much as you would think. Iv been using oat flour for a few months now and love it. I use bobs red mill, you can find a case of 4 or 5, 16 serving packs for $10 near the Amazon river. Cheap, effective, not bad, all profit nomsayinEngineering Master Race

I've had banana before and really liked it, as for banana cream, that just sounds nasty.
I've put a whole banana, oats and vanilla creme protein to make a shake before and it was really good with water and amazing with milk.
The moral of the story is that protein powder with milk is whey better than with water.

Doin it wrong.
Get you some XF Cinnamon Roll.
Get some Quaker Oats - Cinnamon Swirl or Oats N' Fit - Cinnamon Roll.
One banana.
Nuke the oats (2 packets) in water, mix in two scoops of the XF Cinnamon Roll, and add sliced banana.
MONEY.
Can also never go wrong with homemade shakes (like others have stated) - milk, ice cream, peanut butter, and maybe couple pieces of fruit. Blend. Always good.BRAINS & GAINS
