    About 10 months Progress.

    About 10 months progress. Natty. Honestly thought about a ph but I'm still young and making good gains. What do you guys think?
    Really complex bodybuilding routine,
    Went from 141 - 173lbs.
    Max Bench - 185 --> 315
    Deadlift ---> 385
    Squat ---> 315 (Didn't start working legs until 3 months ago. Very stupid decision I know lmfao)
    Calories a day ---> 4700
    Supps ---> Allmax Aminocore, Dymatize Elite Casein, BB Whey, Preworkout -> Mr.Hyde (every so often).

    4700 cals a day? Insane. I went from 165 ->204 lbs in 5.5 months on 3500cals/day, eating clean. Great Job though your results really show
