    Other ideas for breakfast?

I currently eat about 5 egg whites, plain oatmeal and an apple for breakfast. Any other suggestions? I'm getting bored with the same old routine but want to make sure I'm still getting enough lean protein.

I love to make muffins or pancakes with egg whites and ground oats and always add dif. flavors like pure vanilla, pure organic cocoa, cinnamon, sugar free syrup and a variety of fruits too to keep it interesting also I like to add ground flax for fiber and healthy fats

Anything... Chicken and rice if ya like! Just because its breakfast don't feel limited to just 'breakfast' foods.

If I ate breakfast I'd probably have porridge too because I LOVE it and never get bored of it. What about omellette? Scrambled egg on toast. Whatever's gonna fit your cals/macros

eat what you enjoy fit it into your macros and make sure to eat your veggies and fruit to ensure you do not lack in micros.

I eat 3 eggs (with yolk) and a piece of bread every morning. Or I will have 3 eggs and a pack of oatmeal.

I tend to switch it up but it usually involves eggs.

This week it's sliced hard boiled eggs on a sandwich thin with a bit of light mayo, salt and pepper to taste. Love.

eta: I should say I don't normally eat breakfast but am trying to eat more on this cut.

Breakfast is like my most favorite meal.

Lately I've been doing french toast. Egg whites, little bit of cinnamon and sweetener, sugar-free jam, and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. Seriously tastes like a jelly doughnut.

Also if you want to stick to oats and egg whites for math purposes, you can cook them together like a pancake. And add cinnamon. Cinnamon is your best friend.

If you have time, i like to make scrambled eggs, baked beans(the actual nutritional value IMO is good) and whole wheat toast...

I like to scramble an egg and some whites with vegetables (leftover chopped broccoli, diced tomato and jalapeno, spinach); for carbs I'll add potato (sweet or white) or black beans to the scramble, or have whole grain toast.

If you eat meat..."Canadian" bacon is great. What about turkey bacon, or regular bacon? Lox = YUM. Greek yogurt has a decent amount of protein if you get the right kind (read the label!). Eat an egg yolk once in a while with your whites. Add some low-fat cheese to the eggs.
