My wife has express concern as she says she may need help in the morning when she is trying to get ready for work in the morning.....If that is the case I will have to change to a gym that is close to my house so I can go lift and then come back to help with the baby....
She knows how I feel about the gym but she also wants the baby and her to be the focal point which makes sense.

While she is off work get setting a routine if getting up and getting ready will help and preparing things the night before. That should help you still to be able to get to the gym in the am. It will be her setting a feeding schedule around er work schedule and trying to establish that early will help you all. You guys will do great!

Well, I was right: my legs have been stupid sore the past 36 hours or so. I had trouble both standing up and sitting down. Running on the treadmill and the bball court actually helped relieve the soreness. The OHPs felt good. 115 was good enough for a light struggle on the 5th rep, but still easily doable. I was thinking I might deadlift today, but considering the blinding pain in my legs...I decided to hold off.
