So I drove to PA on Saturday to pick this thing up! The guy had no idea obviously how to use it lol. He basically got on it and used it like a leg curl O_o
The main thing I like about it is how it folds up. I really would have no floor space dedicated to just leaving it out and open.
Don't mind my mess I will be cleaning up after I fix my toliet later today. I think the wax ring is leaking
My video review. Excuse my form, its only the second time trying this kind of machine. I will get better . Im not sure how much weight the weight pin can hold, but I think comfortably 2 45's and 1 10. Its not the full length of the 2 inch olympic adapter I bought at York Barbell. I like the york adapter cause it had 2 screws to tighten it to the machine which is a must since the weight hangs straight down.
I think I got a good deal for $50. When I have the space one day I will get the full blown deal but this works great for now for me .
If anyone that uses a reverse hyper cares to comment, is it normal to feel alot of pressure in your stomach/waist area while using it? I didn't feel as much as I kept using it so maybe I will get used to it. It felt the same way when I used the full blow heavy duty one that Legend sells.

cool. where do you load the weight on that one? i was thinking it would be on the pendulum...but just from looking at it i can't tell. it is normal to feel alot of pressure in your stomach/waist...and you're going to have to flex and not let yourself get buried in the pad unless you want to vomit. i think it helps a bit if you try to look up.

you couldn't tell from my video? lol
http://www.edgeol.com/portfolio/core...revolution.php video at the end here shows some plates on it.
you can see from the front where the weight is. it is on the pendulum.
you can see a small plate on that 1 inch weight horn. i'll take better photos of mine later today when i wake up.
i think i kind of self figured out to look up, it does seem to help alot.▪█───────█▪ Equipment Crew #46 ▪█───────█▪
