OK... I am new. Everyone talk to me like I am an idiot. How do I know what to make every day in a way that will keep me within my suggested macros? And can I do more protein and less carbs if I want with similar results? I'm 105lbs (2.8lbs of that is silicone) and 5'2" and started P90X today though I might switch to something that's not as hard on my chest because if the implants. The goal is to increase muscle and decrease bf% without bulking up too much.

It's clear from this post that you have little knowledge of proper nutrition. I recommend you to read the stickies posted here and educate yourself. Personally, I eat food to get my sufficient macronutrient and micronutrient intake... I don't know about you.
Incidentally, are you a female OP? 105lbs is very light.Last edited by KobiDC; 04-01-2013 at 05:57 PM.

Knowing what to eat isn't nearly as difficult as it may seem. If i feel like eating some kind of chicken stir fry, I do. Add in a few other meals throughout the day....come 8 p.m. I'll figure out where I am calorie and macronutrient wise. If I'm lacking in something at that point, I'll eat accordingly.
