Angry Dropped 100 lbs now what?

    I'm 16 years old I weighed 274 last year and I now weight 174 I'm 5'9. I gained a few pounds in muscle.

My diet is generally okay I tend to eat a lot of choclate. What do I need to do to lose all my body fat and gain muscle. What should I eat?

I workout (lifting) in the AM for 30 minutes and do cardio 4-5 times a day for 30 min

    Should I not do cardio?

well good job on your results so far... 100lbs is a LOT of weight.

you need to get out of the "fat boy" mentality and start to TRAIN.

do you track your macros? do you know your BMR? sounds like a clean bulk would be in order, and then you can cut back down, but it is dependant upon your goals.

nobody is going to give you all the information you seek on a golden platter -- but I can guarantee you that it is also readily available through the search function on these forums. There isnt a single answer to your question; it truly becomes a matter of preference.

personally, I've seen great results from IF and tracking macros.... but again, depends on what works for you. search around and see what you think fits
