Ive lost 56lbs since march, and my bodyfat in the morning is about 18, and i wanna get it to 13-15 by mid september, I burn about 2200 cals from cardio alone a week, and i eat about 1500-1700 cals a day but im not loosing weight anymore.... would this help me loose the last lbs\
-guggulbolic
-mm4
-Prolab naturally lean matrix
-coq10
-5-8cups of GT
I would take San tight, but it says for over 18 only, or would it be ok to take if under 18? I would replace Prolab lean matrix with Tight if it was ok.

How does it look?
As far as supps go it looks pretty decent, though I would substitute Beverly 7-keto for the guggubolic.
well 1500-1700 cals, the main carbs i eat are cereal in the morning (42) and a granola bar pre workout. And i havent cheated since the summer started. and i thaught 7-keto only helped when u got older? im only 16

In that instance, it would be best to steer clear of any fat burners until you are 18. Just my opinion on it.
How much do you weigh now?
A refeed of starchy carbs would be ideal, being that this long-term diet has probably reduced your leptin levels.
Also as bkman4 said, a break in training might do you some good, or at the very least switching up your cardio.
Leptin levels are best restored via starchy carbs- Leptin levels have a direct affect on metabolism, therefore a refeed of starchy carbs will replenish these levels and keep his metabolism cranking.
Low GI is great any other time.
The refeed

"As mentioned, there are numerous factors that determine leptin expression, but an exhaustive presentation is beyond the scope of this part of the article, and will be covered in the succedding months. Instead, we just take a brief look at refeeding.
The primary determinate of leptin expression is glucose metabolism (41). This gives us a really good idea of the macronutrient profile of our refeed. Fat, fructose, protein, and alcohol do not have the same effect o_n leptin expression that glucose does.
Assuming we have not created drastically low leptin levels, our refeed will be between 20 and 50% ABOVE maintenence, for 12-48 hours -- the higher the calories, the shorter the refeed -- there are arguments in support of both. If they are drastically low, 5-7 days of 20% above is recommended. In general, the lower you are below your natural bodyfat setpoint, and the longer or more drastic your diet, the more frequent the refeed.
Because we are eating above maintence, we are most likely accepting some fat gain (though, if leptin levels are really low, the opposite could very well occur due to increases in metabolic rate as leptin is increased), so we want to get the most bang for our buck. Thus, our primary macronutrient will be carbohydrates that enter the blood as glucose -- this means glucose, glucose polymers such as maltodextrin, and starches. Insulin also potentiates glucose stimulated leptin production (13, 41), thus high GI carbs are most ideal. Protein should be 1g/lb, and a bit of fat and fructose in foods you enjoy is acceptable, but the rest is non-fructose carbohydrates."
Why does it have only take if under 18 on it? the only reason i think of is because some people under 18 mite not know what there taking, and not know how to take it rite, is this tru?

That's part of it, plus the companies say that to cover their own butts.
Supps are a small part of the puzzle. You've lost over 50 lbs. already; you can lose the rest without the supps.
