Yes these squats are the best. I love doing them full rotation for max reps. That is the best way to do them. I would suggest wearing a weight belt if you are squatting heavy to protect your back, I made the mistakes of not wearing one one time and really was extra sore for days! How much do you squat what is your PR?

You cant go wrong with those! They are a really good exercise. Have you ever tried power cleans? They are a really
effective compound exercise that I love to incorporate into my routine. I would suggest going light first to get your form
right but then once you get the hang of it you can go heavy. Give them a try. You will thank me laterNo Excuses just results

I agree with you on liking the pullups they are a great compound exercise and work a variety of muscles. I also do not like bench
I would like to suggest that instead of doing bench you can do db press or incline db press to sub it out you work the same muscles
and it allows your arms to control the weight better. I love doing db exercises over barbell anyday. I just get a better overall workout. No Excuses just results

if i could only choose one? ****ing your mother.
seriously, who the hell picks one.
Here's four: overhead press, squat, deadlift, overhead press. that's the core of any program. obvious you need chinups and rows to achieve balance, and I personally love cleans too. So there ya go. top 7. you could ask me for top 10, but who the hell cares. intelligent programming for your goals is the main thing.Deathstroke and I list our most hilariously awful WCW moments (lots of gifs & vids; expect load time):

That's a great top 7 man. I love a lot of those exercises too, I know its hard to just pick one exercise but that's why I asked the question. To see what everyones
response would be. I do love overhead press its a great one and deads are always good too. I just think that body weight exercises get boring after a while
I just love to bang heavy weights and knock out my sets and go home! How much do you squat right now? How much do you deadlift? No Excuses just results

Man I forgot about dips! They are one of my favorite exercises too. They really give my triceps a good burn. Have you ever tried weighted dips before> they really
work well and give you an added challenge to your exercise. They really are a great way to work out your forearms. I would recommend starting out with a 45lb
plate then working your way up to more weight. Im doing 3 plates now and I really feel the burn. Good luck on your training. No Excuses just results

What do you guys think about clean and press? Do you think its a useful compound exercise or is it not worth your time?
I do these quite often and I feel like I am getting a great workout from them. I usually do 4 sets of 15 reps and always finish the
final set with my heaviest weight. Works really well for me so far.Last edited by SoccerMuscle5; 05-19-2013 at 08:35 PM. Reason: SP

I don't know if you can classify a complex as one exercise but, I'd defiantly choose a.bear complex it has everything power clean front squat over head press back squat and behind the neck press.
Deadlift 525x3

Bench 300x2
