everyone seems to be misread on this egg thing, i'll try to shed some light on it. TOTAL cholesterol level (hdl + ldl) in the body is not a factor for heart disease. Having an unequal balance (more LDL than HDL) is a factor in heart disease, and atherosclerosis (look it up). The saturated fats (the ones in question in eggs) increase both LDL and HDL levels, but increase ldl more than hdl. So a high saturated fat intake will raise total cholesterol which is a non factor, but will also increase LDL to a greater extent, which is not good long term, in 24 eggs there is something like 40-50g of saturated fat, it's reccomended not to exceed 30 grams of them in one day.

the kicker is people who lift actually have more knowledge on diet then a majority of doctors
like others have said your cholesterol level means nothing, its not an indication of heart disease at all. brb inuits whose diet consists of 90% saturated fats in the form of seal and whale blubber have almost non existent levels of cardiovascular disease. explain that?[A]LPHA [B]EARD [C]REW

brb one single egg is like 70% of the recommended daily cholesterol intake.
While dietary cholesterol is obviously different from LDL cholesterol, getting 1680% the recommended daily intake of dietary cholesterol is still probably not a smart idea..........

Get some blood work done. If it comes back normal for LDL, HDL and general cholesterol imbalance levels I'll send you $1000 you can use to get your sperm frozen to preserve dem strong heart genes for future generations.
No but srs, how solid are your sh*ts? You must have to use a phucking pickaxe to get them into small enough chunks to flush. You must have chits that could polish a diamond...

I haven't read the whole thread so I'm unaware if someone posted this already, but the tightening in the chest might be a slight egg allergy, at least it is for me.

Very slight chest pains happen on days I eat eggs and they stop when I don't eat eggs at all.
